A £50 non refundable deposit will be required to confirm a booking with any outstanding balance to be paid one month prior to arrival. A security deposit of £50.00 will be added to the final balance (this will be returned after departure less deductions for damage/breakages or above normal cleaning). A supplement of £25 per week will be added from 1st October through to 30th April for heating costs. Above prices based on a weekly lease. Weekend breaks available as well as preferential rates for the booking of both gites. Special rates available for Christmas and New Year Bookings. Discounts available for lets of more than 4 weeks.
