A £50 non refundable deposit will be required to confirm a booking with any outstanding balance to be paid one month prior to arrival. A security deposit of £50.00 will be added to the final balance (this will be returned after departure less deductions for damage/breakages or above normal cleaning). Above prices based on a weekly lease. Discounts available on lets of over two weeks. Weekend breaks available as well as preferential rates for the booking of both gites.
